Chiapudding with coffee and cocoa
When you don´t have much time in the morning to make breakfast, why not prepare it the ninght before so it´s ready to just eat in the morning? :-) Chiapudding is a great choise for those stressful mornings and you can vary it in endless ways. Here´s a tasty chiapudding with coffee and cocoa.
Chiapudding with taste of coffee and cocoa
1 1/2 cup almond milk
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
3 tablespoons cold black coffee
1 teaspoon of raw cocoa
1 teaspoon of almond butter
2 teaspoon maple syrup
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover over and put in the refrigerator overnight. Serve with topping of your choice. I chose pomegranate kernels, pumpkin kernels and sea buckthorns today.
