I have always loved pasta. In all its different shapes. One dish that we make quite often is Spaghetti Carbonara. I love having lots of black pepper on top of it :-D Also I added a twist to it by using cheddar cheese instead of parmesan cheese this time.
Spaghetti Carbonara
250 g spaghetti
1 pack of bacon
2 eggs
1 dl grated cheddar cheese
1/2 dl cream
salt & black pepper
Boil the spaghetti al dente. Fry bacon. Beat the eggs in a bowl with cream, cheddar cheese, salt and black pepper. Pour the bacon and egg mixture over the freshly cooked spaghetti and stir. Serve with eggs and grated cheese.
