It´s been a busy week. I have taken 3 days with no exercise. There simply hasn´t been any time for that. Today I TOOK the time to do a 25 minute workout which consisted of a 5 minute warm up, 10 minutes upper body workout and 10 minutes squat exercises. And stretching afterwards.
