As well as starting to exercise, I have also changed my diet to healthier. I now eat more fruits, vegetables and different kinds of nuts and seeds. Chia seeds for instance are loaded with nutrition. They contain protein, fiber, calcium, manganese and phosphorus. They are also a good source of healthy omega 3 fats. Last night I made a chiapudding, which I had for breakfast this morning. Topped with lingonberries. Chiapudding can be made in various different ways. Below a basic recipe serving one.

Chiapudding

1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 3 tablespoons chia seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix ingredients in a bowl and store covered in the refrigerator overnight.
